Vision

Our renewable energy developers in Maine want to create a sustainable future by revolutionizing the way energy and real estate are developed, while improving quality of life for communities.

Mission

To lead the transition to renewable energy in Maine and New England by developing innovative and eco-friendly real estate solutions that reduce carbon footprint, enhance energy independence and create economic opportunities for our stakeholders.

Community Impact

At Dirigo Development, we believe that communities in New England and Maine need renewable energy because it creates a healthy and thriving environment that is essential for a better future for us all. That's why our Maine-based sustainable land development team is committed to making a positive impact not just in our business but also in the communities where we operate.

1% of our profits will be donated to the New England Forestry Foundation

In support of this goal, we're proud to announce our partnership with the New England Forestry Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to conserving and protecting New England's forests for future generations. We believe that forests play a vital role in maintaining a healthy and balanced ecosystem, and we're committed to doing our part to support their preservation.

To this end, we've made a pledge to donate 1% of all earnings from our business to the New England Forestry Foundation. This donation will help the organization to continue the important work of conserving and managing New England's forests, preserving wildlife habitat, and protecting water quality.

We're confident that this partnership will make a positive impact in the region, and we're committed to doing our part to support the health and well-being of the environment. We look forward to working with the New England Forestry Foundation to ensure that future generations will have access to the beauty and benefits of New England's forests.

Giving Back

During the holiday season we donate essential winter goods to Preble Street in Portland, Maine, who provide accessible barrier-free services to empower people experiencing problems with homelessness, housing, hunger, and poverty, and to advocate for solutions to these problems.
